Full Job Description

B&S Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Manager, as we look to expand our team over the coming months and year. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing human resources level services to our teams & to provide payroll execution, as well as to ensure all correct submissions are made to HMRC on time for PAYE. Another significant aspect of the role will be maintaining team morale- organising social and activity based events is an example of how we as a company aim to stay healthy, happy and motivated. You will also be required to oversee the expansion plan for hiring internationally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submitting payroll & executing on tax adjustments for employees
  • Maintaining a positive working environment for all members of staff
  • Overseeing Hiring process & offer letters
  • Being present in disciplinary hearings & taking minutes
  • Formally handle dismissal procedures

Key Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience of working within a similar role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage and nurture relationships across all levels of an organisation
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Deep knowledge of HR best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills, able to take a measured and empathetic approach

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
